3. Booking and Payments
All bookings require a confirmed appointment, which will be scheduled at a time agreed upon by both parties.
Payment terms will be outlined in the service order. Payment must be made in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified.
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Additional fees may apply to certain payment methods.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
OZ Pest Control Canberra reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or staff availability.
5. Service Guarantee and Liability
Our services are designed to meet the highest industry standards. We offer a service guarantee for the period specified in your service agreement.
If pests return within the guarantee period, we will provide follow-up services free of charge as per the terms of the guarantee.
OZ Pest Control Canberra is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from pest infestations, including but not limited to property damage or health-related issues.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for preparing the property for pest control services, as directed by our team. This may include removing pets, covering food, and providing access to specific areas.
You are also responsible for following post-treatment guidelines provided by our team to ensure safety and effectiveness.
7. Health and Safety
OZ Pest Control Canberra is committed to using safe and environmentally friendly products. However, for certain treatments, precautions are necessary to protect pets, children, and sensitive individuals.
We will inform you of any necessary safety measures prior to treatment.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected during the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
9. Warranties and Limitations
OZ Pest Control Canberra makes no guarantees beyond those expressly stated in the service agreement.
While we use the most effective treatments available, certain pests may require ongoing or repeated treatments for complete eradication.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under the terms.
In the event of termination, any outstanding balance for services provided must be settled in full.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
OZ Pest Control Canberra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
